Virginia Tech's Adult Learning and Human Resource Development Program offers the Master of Science and Doctor of Philosophy Degrees in Human Development for persons working with adult as learners in such setting as business industry, government, military, health care, education, nonprofit organizations, and professional associations. The Program has provided training in Northern Virginia since 1980 based upon five domains of professional practice in ALHRD including facilitation, design, planning, change, and research. |
