http://www.nvc.vt.edu/bhoopes/5954/stockholm.jpg

General Information:
This program will explore the management of international operations. We will focus our study by concentrating on some of the successful products and processes that have come from Scandinavia. We will learn about the business and culture of Scandinavian countries through research, company visits, visits to local universities, cultural visits and interaction with people from the region.

The program is unique in that it combines classroom study in international business operations with two weeks abroad in Scandinavia. Following four weeks of classes at the Northern Virginia Center, the students will travel to Finland, Sweden and Denmark. Upon returning to the states, students will complete projects and present them in a final evening of class.
