The mission of CPAP's Institute for Public Policy Research is to serve the Commonwealth by providing research and consultation on important issues of public policy and to provide opportunities for Virginia Tech graduate students to participate in significant research activities. The Institute pursues this mission through research and technical assistance projects sponsored by local, state, and federal governments, nonprofit organizations, and other enterprises.
