Cynthia Robinson

Administrative Assistant

Cynthia Robinson is an Administrative Assistant for the Urban Affairs and Planning and Government and International Affairs, Metropolitan Institute, and Planning Academy programs at Virginia Tech’s Alexandria Center.

Ms. Robinson has extensive years of experience working in administration and management in a university setting. Prior to joining Virginia Tech, Ms. Robinson worked at George Mason University, Fairfax; in Admissions; the Executive MBA Program as Program Manager, where she was selected to manage and attend the EMBA’s Global Residency two-week International Program to Oxford University, Mansfield College, Prague and Budapest. Ms. Robinson also spent over 5 years with George Mason’s College of Visual and Performing Arts in External Affairs. Prior to her tenure at George Mason, Ms. Robinson spent over 12 years with the IBM Corporation.
