Housing

Virginia Tech in the National Capital Region does not have on campus housing. Several thousand apartment units are advertised daily in the Washington D.C. area. It is recommended that you check the classified ad listings in the local newspapers, i.e. Washington Post, the Washington Examiner, and the Baltimore Sun. Also, look at online resources such as Apartment Guide, For Rent, Abodo Apartments, and Apartment Search, or check the free real estate apartment guides that appear in local area businesses.

The Gallery at Alexandria

Virginia Tech in the greater Washington, D.C., metro area operates one residence hall (The Gallery) in Alexandria near the Washington-Alexandria Architecture Center (WAAC).  The Gallery is far from our sites in Falls Church and Arlington, but much closer to the recently announced Innovation Campus.
