Virginia Tech®home

Virginia Tech in the DC Area does not have on campus housing. However, you can easily search for local apartments and houses using our off-campus housing site.  This site allows you to search in the neighborhoods around Virginia Tech locations and includes many metrics about the neighborhoods such as walkability and public transit access.  The site also includes a roommate finder if you are looking for shared housing.

If you are not finding what you need through the above site, you can also look at commercial apartment listings, such as local newspapers, i.e. Washington Post, the Washington Examiner, and the Baltimore Sun.  Also, look at online resources such as Apartment GuideFor RentAbodo Apartments, and Apartment Search, or check the free real estate apartment guides that appear in local area businesses.
